When investigative journalist Evelyn Cross refuses to accept her brother’s mysterious death inside the terminal, her search for answers leads her into the sealed tunnels below the city… where unmarked trains arrive at night, passengers vanish without records, and classified cargo moves beyond the reach of the law.

What begins as a personal investigation quickly uncovers a hidden post-war organization embedded deep within the American government — a network that doesn’t control power through elections or armies, but through transportation, erased identities, and the movement of secrets.
